How to Prepare for Club Rush
Services List
-
Print out a sign-up list People will sign up for your club using the sign-up list (if you aren't using digital sign-up, that is). Print a few of these sheets out. Normally, clubs fill out 2-5 sheets.

Make some flyers. Flyers or simple information sheets are great additions to your club table. This way, people can glance at a brief summary of your club before they sign up. You should include important key details, pictures, and a bullet-point format. No one wants to read chunky paragraphs!

Bring tape! Bring lots of tape! You are going to need tape to tape down your sign-up sheet to the table and any flyers you make as well. Bring extra, too, just in case friends/neighbor tables have forgotten some.

Check out the map. Make sure to check out the Club Rush map! This will tell you where your club table will be.

Bring candy. Lots of clubs bring candy to their booths to attract attention to their club. BE CAREFUL HERE, however. If you bribe people to sign up for your club using candy, you are going to receive lots of fake emails/fake interest. Many people give out candy for free so that the only emails they receive are from people legitimately interested in the club.
